系统康复教育和训练对脊髓损伤患者生活质量影响分析

摘　　要：目的:通过了解认识脊髓损伤(Spinal Cord Injury,SCI)接受系统康复教育和训练与未接受系统康复教育和训练不同后果的现实,强调系统康复教育和训练在该群体对生活质量的重要影响。方法:系统评估、个体化康复计划制定、系统康复教育和训练的落实,对132例SCI患者进行床精神卫生症状自评量表(SCL-90)测评心理特征和功能Barthel指数评定。结果:接受系统康复教育和训练与未接受系统康复教育和训练的患者在并发症发生几率、心理、功能状态方面都存在显著地差别(P<0.01)。结论:脊髓损伤患者均应接受系统康复教育及训练,有助于减少并发症和合并病的发生,有助于改善脊髓损伤患者心理状态,直接影响其生活质量与生存质量。Objective：Education and training of rehabilitation system according to different factors spinal cord injury,emphasize the important effect in system of rehabilitation education and training on the group of the quality of life.Methods：System evaluation and individualized rehabilitation plans education and training system rehabilitation in 132 SCI cases,with SCL-90 table psychological characteristics and functions of Barthel evaluation index evaluation.Results：Accept education and training system recovery and not accept education and training system recovery in patients complication risk,psychological and function are significant differences.Conclusion：Patients with spinal cord injury shall accept education and complications occurred and help to improve SCI patient＇s mental status,and directly affect its life quality and quality of life.
