摘 要:目的:牵张成骨广泛用于治疗骨发育不足以及骨缺损等方面,该方式的短期效果及原理研究较为广泛,但长期应用效果以及机理等理论依据较为缺乏。该实验研究牵张成骨后周围软组织长时期血管变化关系,进一步丰富牵张成骨的理论依据。方法:对10只成年绵羊的单侧下颌骨进行截断轴向牵拉延长,截骨位置位于左侧下颌升支前缘,咬肌附着处。在颌骨截断后的一周,我们对它进行牵拉延长,持续10天;在此之后对牵拉成果进行巩固,为期60天。然后处死实验动物,对软硬组织进行放射性粒子示踪,血流量分析。结果:无论软硬组织,牵张侧血流量均优于对照侧。结论:牵张成骨可以促进血管发生,并且维持血管的生成直至固定晚期。Objective:Distraction osteogenesis is used to treat a lot kind of bone defect and hypoplasias,It enhances blood vessel formation in the distracted callus and in the surrounding soft tissues.However,long-term effect has not been well described.This study examined the long-term effect of distraction osteogenesis in the surrounding soft tissues in an ovine mandible model and enhanced the theory of distraction osteogenesis.Methods:We performed unilateral mandible uniaxial lengthening in 10 adult ovine for 10 days,7 days after mandibular osteotomy in front of the left ramus.Following consolidation was allowed to proceed for 60 days.The bone and soft tissue blood flow of the distracted and the contralateral extremity were measured using radioactive microspheres.Result:The absolute bone and soft tissue blood flow of the distracted side was higher than that of the non-distracted side.Conclusion:Distraction osteogenesis can activate and maintain angiogenesis until the late period of consolidation.
