重症卒中患者家属社会支持需求调查的初步研究

摘　　要：目的调查重症卒中患者家属的社会支持需求状况。方法对重症卒中患者家属63例进行社会支持需求情况、关注事项、期望的社会支持等进行问卷调查。结果 90.1 7%被调查者认为家人患病后对家属的生活影响严重,一半以上认为家人患病对家属的身体影响严重。家属对探视的需求非常强烈和比较强烈的占74.13%。98.36%的家属希望及时知晓患者病情变化。67.21%的家属最关注的是患者的生命是否有希望,55.37%最期望的是患者得到最好的救治,44.26希望完善社会保障,减少经济压力。结论医疗信息支持是对病重卒中患者家属的重要社会支持;应关注卒中患者家属的心理体验。Objective The family members of severe stroke patient had been investigated the needs of social support. Methods The relatives of 63 severe stroke patients had been invited to fill out questionnaires. The survey form includes what they need as for the social supportiveness, their concerns and their expectation of social support. The data were analyzed by statistics. Results More than 90% of the respondents thought that their rule of life was seriously affected. More than half of them thought their health were affected by the patients. The proportion of the families had intense requirements of visit was 74%. 98% of the families wanted to know the changes in the patient＇s condition in time 67% of them concerned whether the patients was being kept alive 44% of them expected to improve the social security and to relieve financial burden. Conclusion Medical information support is an important social support for severe stroke patients＇ families; the mental experience of the families should be concerned.
