卒中患者穿着逐级加压弹力袜方法改进的初步研究

摘　　要：目的探讨足跟反套穿着方法为急性卒中患者穿着逐级加压弹力袜(graduated compression stockings,GCS)与传统方法相比的便捷性。方法将50例卒中后住院患者随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用反复折叠袜腰至袜跟部的传统方法穿着弹力袜,观察组应用改良的足跟反套方法穿着,对比两组的耗时情况。结果观察组穿着弹力袜平均耗时小于对照组(325±76s,vs 579±157s,P<0.01)。结论用改进的足跟反套法穿着逐级加压弹力袜可节省护士人力,提高工作效率,优于传统方法。Objective To investigate the convenience of dressing patients with graduated compression stockings （GCS） by using the method of reversing socks to the heels and to compare with the traditional method. Methods Fifty hospitalized stroke patients were divided into observation group and control group randomly;The traditional method of folding socks repeatedly back to the heesl was used in control group,and the improved method was used in observation group. Time consumption was compared between the two groups. Results The mean time consumption was 325±76 seconds in observation group, and it was significantly shorter than that in control group （579±157 seconds, P〈0.01）. Conclusion With improved method of wearing GCS could save labor and improve efficiency.
