摘　　要：由于功能安全技术对于我国安全生产具有重要意义,本文首先介绍功能安全提出的背景和具体含义,然后分析国外功能安全标准的应用情况,最后给出安全证明文件(Safety case)的概念和应用实例。通过设计合理的安全证明文件,可以有效地降低风险,为后续的工程实现提供保障和基础。Because of the importance of Functional Safety technology to safe production in China, firstly this paper introduces the background and meanings of functional safety. Secondly, the application situation is analyzed. Then, the concept of safety case is proposed as well as the application procedure. Designing proper safety case document could decrease risk effectively, and provide guarantee to project implement.
