自体巩膜包裹羟基磷灰石义眼座植入术临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨自体巩膜包裹羟基磷灰石义眼座植入术临床疗效及安全性。方法对21例眼球摘除的病人,进行Ⅰ期植入自体巩膜包裹羟基磷灰石眼座,矫正上眶凹陷等畸形。结果追踪6-12个月,植入HA眼座球体稳定,眼眶区饱满,义眼座活动度好,无严重的球体暴露及移位。结论自体巩膜包裹羟基磷灰石眼座植入。Objective To explore the clinical effect and safety of implantation of artificial eye seat of hydroxyapatite （NSWAS-HA） wrapped with autogenous sclera. Methods 21 cases of orbital collapses of received NSWAS-HA implantation and followed up for 6-12 months .Results No prolapse and dislocation of implants were observed：, seat mobility and cosmetic appearance were well acceptable. Conclusions NSWAS-HA is a good candidate to be used in socket reconstruction due to its stable biocompatibility and reliable safety .
