传统农业耕作技术保护与生态农业——以皖江地区为例

摘　　要：现代农业发展在取得巨大成就的同时也导致了环境破坏。在实践科学发展和实施可持续发展战略背景下,农业技术遗产的合理成分对生态农业的发展具有重要价值。作为一种新的遗产类型,农业文化遗产的开发正日益引起人们的重视,为了充分认识和发掘皖江地区传统生态农业技术遗产资源,探索其开发和保护方法,研究者对皖江地区传统生态农业技术展开了调研。调研结果显示,皖江地区有丰富的耕作技术遗产,包括人类开发中人与自然的和谐;对耕地等资源的集约利用;重视积制有机肥及用地养地结合;采用农业防治、生物防治、人工捕捉等综合防治病虫害等方法;重视耕作环节的除草功能。另外,本文还分析了传统生态农业技术遗产的开发价值,在此基础上提出对农业技术遗产保护性开发的五种建议,以促进生态农业发展及经济开发。Today,modern agriculture and agricultural mechanization have gradually been replacing traditional agriculture for increasing grain production and incomes.Development of modern agriculture plays an important role in food supplies;however,the environment is degraded in the processes.To that end,utilizing and developing traditional agricultural techniques are as important as developing new agricultural techniques for sustainable development of agriculture.In the context of the sustainable development of agriculture and the implementation of scientific development,the agricultural heritage is also important for ecological civilization construction.In order to fully understand and exploit the resources of traditional ecological agriculture heritage in the Wanjiang region in Anhui Province and to explore the modes and methods for their development and protection,current statues of ecological agriculture heritage in the Wanjiang region were carefully investigated.They are comprised by the knowledge and techniques derived from coordinated coexistence of humans and the nature,intensive utilization of cultivated land resource,organic fertilizer application,biocontrol of plant diseases,comprehensive management mode of agricultural plant diseases and insect pests,and traditional techniques of weed control.The paper aims to analyze the mechanism of development of traditional ecological agriculture heritage in the Wanjiang region from its value attributes.Traditional agriculture heritage plays an important role in regional sustainable development of economy,society and the eco-environment.Protection and development of traditional agricultural techniques can promote region economic development and protect the environment,such as protecting the farmland environment,reducing the costs of agriculture,keeping the ecological balance of the rice field.On the basis of this,five suggestions on development and protection of agriculture heritage conservation in the Wanjiang region were given： 1） placing more emphasis on the relation
