摘  要:中国和印度信息产业的发展各有优势和不足,有互相学习的必要。印度信息技术产业远不如中国发达,其人才培养机构良莠不齐;印度软件业在世纪之交得到迅猛发展,主要取决于其意识形态因素、语言因素和文化传统因素。借鉴印度信息技术人才培养中的经验和教训,我们应处理好接受国际援助与培养自主创新人才之间的关系,不能忽视语言传承民族文化的功能,应重视学生综合能力和全面知识基础的培养,增加对科技教育的投入,合理使用优质人力资源。China and India have respective advantages and weak points in the development of IT industry, and it is necessary for the two countries to learn from each other. IT industry of India is far behind that of China. The good and the bad are intermingled among IT personnel training institutions of India; the rapid development of IT industry in India is mainly decided by some important elements from ideology, language and cultural traditions. Learning from experience of IT personnel training in Indian, China should handle well the relationship between accepting foreign aid and training domestic innovative personnel, pay enough attention to the function of language in passing down national culture, stress on the cultivation of comprehensive abilities and knowledge basis of students, increase investments in education of science and technology, and make proper use of high quality human resources.
