摘　　要：随着经济的快速发展，世界各国，尤其是中国对石油资源的需求持续增长．需要消耗大量的石油资源。中国早在10年前就由石油资源出口国转变为石油资源的进口国。2008年石油消耗量达29800万吨，其中进口原油18000万吨。国内大庆油田、胜利油田等陆基油田已从高产量水平降低下来，对海洋石油资源勘探和开采迫在眉睫。With the gradual speeding up offshore oil exploration, application of the self-floating large diameter oil hose is promoted. This article describes the manufacturing process, material selection, technical specifications and production equipments of foreign offshore oil hose, and domestic R ＆ D, technical reserves and production. This article also argues that the strength of domestic enterprises should seize the opportunity of Europe and the United States which phased out to accelerate the development of high-tech value-added products.
