中药药浴联合窄谱UVB治疗寻常型银屑病

摘　　要：目的了解中药药浴联合窄谱紫外线(NB-UVB)治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效。方法治疗组中药药浴后采用NB-UVB全身照射,对照组单独采用NB-UVB分别每周3次共20次。结果单独治疗组总有效率70%,联合治疗组总有效率96.7%(χ2=17.69,P<0.01)。两组不良反应结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药药浴联合NB-UVB治疗寻常型银屑病疗效好,同时降低NB-UVB的副作用,为全身性泛发性银屑病的治疗提供了很好的方法 。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Traditional Chinese Medical Herbs bath combined with NB-UVB for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods 185 patients were given into two groups at random： treatment group was treated with Traditional Chinese Medical Herbs combined with NB-UVB;control group was treated with NB-UVB singly,treatment times of two groups were third time a week and total 20 times.Therapeutic effective rate of two groups were obtained by statistical analysis.Results The therapeutic effects of treatment group were significant better than that in control group.（χ^2=17.69,P〈0.01）. The side-effect of treatment group was better than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The therapeutic effects of Traditional Chinese Medical Herbs bath combined with NB-UVB for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris was significant.Traditional Chinese Medical Herbs bath can not only treat psoriasis but also cut down the side effect of NB-UVB.
