摘　　要：首先阐述了在超媒体信息网络环境下传统图书馆向数字化图书馆信息服务模式转变的重要性，然后介绍了基于Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ通信标准和ＷＷＷ信息流通模式的教学参考资料管理系统，最后指出了运用超媒体信息网络技术进行信息服务系统开发时应注意的问题。First, importance of changing from traditional library to digital library is set forth, then reference material managing system under Internet communicating standard and WWW information circulation mode is introduced, at last, some attentions are pointed out when information service system is developed under hypermedia information network technology.
