围手术期口服活血益气养阴药对超声乳化术后糖尿病兔眼房水内VEGF的影响

摘　　要：目的通过检测超声乳化术前后糖尿病兔眼房水内血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的水平,探讨超声乳化术对房水VEGF的影响及活血益气养阴中药对其的作用。方法将实验兔13只随机分为对照组、手术组及手术中药组。用5%四氧嘧啶溶液建立糖尿病模型。手术中药组术前3天至术后2周予复方血栓通胶囊喂食。手术组及手术中药组均行超声乳化白内障摘除术。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定3组实验兔术前、术后3天及术后2周房水中VEGF含量。结果手术组术后3天眼房水内VEGF水平升高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),术后2周虽有下降趋势,仍高于对照组(P<0.05)。手术中药组术后3天与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术中药组术后3天及术后2周前房内VEGF上升幅度低于手术组(P<0.05)。结论超声乳化术可进一步提高糖尿病兔眼模型房水中VEGF水平,而围手术期口服活血益气养阴药可缓解手术对VEGF的影响。OBJECTIVE To discuss the effect of phacoemulsification （phaco） on endothelial growth factor （VEGF） in diabetic rabbits＇ aqueous and the role that traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue prescription played in the change of VEGF after phaco. METHODS Thirteen rabbits were divided into three groups at random：control group,phaco group,phaco and TCM group. The diabetic rabbit models were established using 5% Alloxan. The rabbits in phaco and TCM group were fed with Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Chinese medicine：compound Xueshuantong Capsule. The concentrations of VEGF were determined by ELISA for three times：before operation,three days after operation and two weeks after operation. RESULTS The concentrations of VEGF of phaco group were higher than control group after three days （P0.01） and two weeks （P0.05）. The VEGF expression of phaco and TCM group was lower than that of control group after three days （P0.05）. The postoperative VEGF of phaco group increased by a bigger margin than that of phaco and TCM group （P0.05） after surgery. CONCLUSIONS Phacoemulsification would increase the concentration of VEGF in diabetic rabbits＇ aqueous,and the Chinese medicine Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue prescription could help relieve the effect caused by operation.
