45钢蒸汽发蓝工艺及膜层性能研究

摘　　要：简述了蒸汽处理的工作原理,研究了蒸汽处理温度、时间对氧化膜形成的影响,介绍了蒸汽发蓝处理的设备和工艺、膜层性能测试方法。结果表明:蒸汽发蓝处理膜层性能好,操作简单,质量容易控制,适用于大批量生产。The principle of steam treatment were introduced.The relation between steam treatment temperature,time and oxidizing film structure was advanced.The equipment,process and measure method of film capability were introduced.The results show that the steam bluing process is owned finel film capability.This process is easy to operation and control quality.It is applicable in mass production.
