摘　　要：本文研究了高科技产品开发过程中技术协作的特点，运用数理分析方法探讨了技术协作对产品开发的作用和影响。进而，在此基础上给出了通过提高技术协作水平，促进产品开发成功的一些建议、措施。This paper studies the Characteristics of technology cooperation in high-tech products development, and discusses the effectives of technology cooperation on developing process by mathematical analysis. Then this paper gives some proposals on how to promote the progress of product development by raising up the cooperate level.
