摘　　要：氮化钛(TiN)是近年来发展起来的一种新型无机材料,具有优良的物理和化学性质。介绍了新型材料氮化钛的结构、性质、用途以及近年来国内外对氮化钛粉体制备方法的研究进展,同时引述了一些制备经验,并展述了工艺流程与产物表征结果等。TiN is a novel inorganic material which developed in recent years, having excellent physical and chemical characters. The characters of the novel TiN material are introduced, such as structure, properties, application at home and abroad in recent years, then several methods of preparation of TiN nano-powders are mainly introduced. Besides the experience and experiment results in preparation of TiN nano-powders are illustrated.
