摘  要:在分析俄罗斯产曲轴喷涂用药芯电弧喷涂丝的基础上研制出一种经济实用的药芯电弧喷涂丝。该电弧喷涂丝涂层组织均匀,反应充分,涂层与基体结合良好,结合强度大于20MPa,在相同条件下,磨损失重仅为Q235的0.8%,2Cr13涂层的5.3%,且耐磨性能比俄罗斯产药芯电弧喷涂丝的高,而且可以节约成本,大规模应用于实际生产。A kind of inexpensive cored wire for arc spraying is developed on the base of element analysis of the cored wire produced by Russia. The structure of the coating shape equably, the bonding strength of the coating, and the substrate is higher than 20MPa. The wear resistance of the coating is also very good, the decresement of weight is about 0. 8% of Q235' s and 5. 3% of 2Cr13' s under the same abrasion condition, the wear resistance is even higher than that of the cored wire produced by Russia. What is more, the cost of this kind eored wire is very low, so it can he applied in practice.
