摘 要:以去离子水为浸提剂,对不同原油来源、不同加工工艺的5种沥青进行了浸出试验,研究了液固比、浸出时间、浸出温度、浸提液含盐量和pH值对浸出量的影响。结果表明,5种沥青在液固比为18L/kg时浸出效率最高;不同沥青的组分在浸提液中达到分配平衡的时间不同,范围在0.5~2h内,且各组分的浸出量都随温度的升高而增加,而随浸提液含盐量和pH值的增加都出现先增加后降低的趋势;不同的沥青原料达到最大值时要求的含盐量和pH值也有所不同。Five asphalts which are got form different crude oil and different technologies are taked as raw materials and deionized water is raked as leachate to study the leaching assessment. The results show that the leaching efficiency is the most when liquid/solid equal is 18L/kg; the leach times that every asphalt reaches plateau concentrations are different, and the time frame is 0.5-2h;the concentration in the leachate increases with the increase of leach temperature,but they are increase first and decrease later with the increase of the concentration of NaCl and pH value in leachate,and the concentration of NaCl and pH value are diffierent for every asphalt when plateau concentration reaches in leachate.
