摘 要:汶川大地震后,钢筋的抗震性能受到了广泛的重视,国内多家钢筋生产企业获得了抗震钢筋的生产许可证。概述了微合金化、余热处理和超细晶3种工艺生产的抗震钢筋的研究现状。针对我国钢筋抗震性能指标偏低,有专家提出了应变时效敏感性、低温脆性、可焊性、强度与塑性的配合、高应变低周疲劳性能5个性能指标。还有学者建议将钢筋的耐腐蚀性列入钢筋抗震性能指标。The anti-seismic property of reinforcing bars is paid more attention to after the Wenchuan Earthquake. And many steel companies get the permission to produce anti-seismic reinforcing bars which have primarily three technologies,microalloying,tempcore and ultrafine grains. The current investigation situation of the three technologies is introduced. Some experts suggest the coordination of strength and ductility, sensibility of strain aging, brittleness at low temperature, high stain low cycle fatigue and weld ability as the guide lines, as the national standards are correspondingly low. Recently, the corrosion property is studied and suggested as one of the anti-seismic standards by Greece researchers.
