摘　　要：目的探讨神经精神狼疮(NPLE)患者脑脊液(CSF)的改变规律,为NPLE的诊断提供依据。方法对18例NPLE患者和20例非NPLE患者CSF常规、生化、免疫学指标进行检测,并与疾病活动指数(SLEDAI)进行相关分析。结果NPLE组的CSF压力、细胞数、蛋白质、免疫球蛋白、抗核抗体(ANA)均较非狼疮性脑病SLE患者升高;疾病活动指数(SLEDAI)与脑脊液压力、蛋白定量、细胞数、IgG呈正相关。结论神经精神狼疮患者脑脊液CSF的细胞数、蛋白质、ANA升高、并与疾病活动情况呈正相关。Objective To investigate the rule of the cerebrospinal fluid（CSF） changes in patients with neuropsychiatric lupus erythematosus（NPLE） and provide strong evidences for the diagnosis of NPLE. Methods The routine tests ,biochemical and immunological changes of CSF in 18 cases of NPLE patients and 20 cases of non NPLE patients were examined respectively. Results The pressure, cells count, protein concentration, quantity of immunoglobulin G and anti-nucleus antibody of cerebrospinal fluid in NPLE patients were significantly higher than those in non NPLE patients （P0.01,or 0.05）. Linear correlation analysis showed that SLEDAI was significantly positively correlated with the pressure ,cell count, protein concentration, and quantity of immunoglobubin G of CSF（P0.05）.Conclusion The changes of cerebrospinal fluid in SLE patients were consistent with the injury degree of nervous system. Therefore, to understand the changes of CSF is very important for the diagnosis and the prognosis of NPLE.
