摘 要:在现有铸造技术的基础上采用局部延时加压补缩工艺,即对进入铸造模具型腔内的接近模具热节处的液态或半固态金属在完全凝固之前,局部施加较高的机械压力,使铸件热节处的周围尽量形成补缩通道,以提高凝固过程中补缩效果,然后凝固成型,完成整个铸造过程。该工艺可有效提高铸件热节处金属组织致密度和性能,克服现有铸造技术在铸件制造中厚大部位易产生缩孔和缩松缺陷的关键问题,并可以在铸件工艺设计中省略或部分省略冒口设置,提高了金属材料的利用率。This paper studies the method to eliminate casting defects by means of local boosting pressure feeding technology.Adding a supplementary system to normal casting process can put a local comparative high delayed-action mechanical pressure on the liquid and semi-solid metal near the hot spot of the mold or in the thick area of casting during solidifying process.In this way,the feeding system is formed around the hot spot of the casting.It can improve the feeding effect,also effectively improve the density and property of the casting near the hot spot.And the riser can be deleted or partly deleted in the casting process design.The utilization ratio of the metal material is enhanced.
