摘 要:为进一步了解绝热剪切带的形成及特征,对高速冲击后的中碳Ni-Cr-Mo钢进行金相组织、显微硬度检验及透射电镜观察和分析。结果表明:绝热剪切带的产生通常伴随着明显的组织变形,继续发展就会产生裂纹。绝热剪切带发生相变硬化,而变形区则只发生由变形引起的加工硬化,绝热剪切带的硬度远高于变形区及基体的硬度。另外绝热剪切带为淬火马氏体组织,其位错密度明显高于基体。In order to further understand the formation and characteristics of adiabatic shear band(ASB),micro-hardness test and microstructure TEM observations were done with a medium-carbon Ni-Cr-Mo steel after high velocity impact.The results show that the generation of ASB is usually accompanied with obvious deformation of microstructure,and it will result in cracks after further deformation.ASB is hardened through phase transformation,while the regions of deformation experience only workhardening.The hardness in ASB is higher than that of the deformation regions and base.The microstructure of ASB is quenched martensite,and the dislocation density of ASB is also apparently higher than that of the base.
