摘　　要：Hemangiopericytomas （HPCs） originating from central nervous system were increasingly reportedrecently. Intravertebral HPCs are preclomlnanuy eplaural. Primary intradural HPCs of spinal cord are rare. Little subarachnoid dissemination has been reported.
