摘　　要：学科、课题、知名专家是衡量一个单位科研实力的几个标志，其中人是核心。文章介绍了我院通过掌握信息，交融感情；制定规划，寻觅人才；依靠实力，创造环境等措施成功地吸引了国外智力，使医院科研实力得以加强，在近年的科研竞争中处于不败之地。An institutions research capacity is always measured by its disciplines, grants and experts prestige, among which experts are the most important. This essay summarizes the hospitals successful strategies of ‘information mastering and emotional communication’, ‘program planning and talents recruitment’, ‘reliance on capacity and creating environment’. With these strategies, the hospital attract overseas talents, improves its research capacity and has succeeded in grants competition these years.
