摘　　要：我国医院信息管理软件市场已经形成，但还很不规范。面对众多厂商的激烈竞争，很多用户还不能把握正确的选择方法，因而吃亏的不少。针对这一情况，综合用户的经验教训及自身的体会，提出了选择医院信息管理软件时应如何确定自己的应用目标，提出应把握的几项应用软件指标。In China, the market of hospital information management software has been existing, but not well regulated. Facing so many competing firms, users cannot master correct selection methods and suffer from a lot of loss. Targeting this problem, the author summarizes lessons from users and own experiences, and suggests how to determine the application goals in choosing hospital information management software and how to master some indicators of applications. The article also recommends some applicable operation methods and tips.
