面向市场经济的护士队伍综合文化素质探析

摘　　要：社会主义市场经济对今天的护士文化素质的特殊要求是：１综合性。护士的文化素质在内涵和外延两方面都出现了极大的扩展。２适应性。护士的文化素质不仅要适应市场经济的“大气候”，而且能够适应不同层次需要的“小气候”。３超前性。护士的文化素质在具体内容上，应该包括已知的最新科学文化知识。主要是：电子计算机知识；心理学知识；外语；经济学；伦理学；社会学；以及美学；民俗学等相关学科知识。在护士文化素质的培养与形式上：需要转变传统观念；拓展院校教学内容；The special claims for the nurse in the face of market economy are:1.Comprehension.The nurses' cultural quality has shown a great expansion in both connotation and extension aspects.2.Adaptation.The nurses' cultural quality ought to adapt to not on the “big situation” of market economy but also the “small situation” of different level requirment.3.Transcendence.The nurses' cultural education should include the latest scientific and cultural knowledge,such as electronic computer,psychology,foreign language,economics,ethics,sociology as well as some subjects concerned aesthetics,folklore,etc.we should change our traditional ideas,expand teaching content in college and take a good expand of reeducation in the training and form aspects of the nurse cultural quality.
