摘  要:液体喷射注射系统是一种利用高速药物射流对人体进行药物注射的注射系统。针对以弹簧为驱动力的液体喷射注射系统,提出计算喷射压强的物理模型及喷射流进入软体的物理模型,并对喷射压强的物理模型进行了实验校核。设计一种自制的喷射注射系统,并根据所提出的喷射压强模型和一种进口喷射注射系统的参数测定,确定自制喷射注射系统的系统参数。最后对自制的喷射注射系统和进口喷射注射系统进行生物检测,对两种喷射注射系统用离体的仿皮肤凝胶材料进行扩散度测试。结果显示两种喷射注射系统均有较好的喷射扩散性能。在对活体大白兔用两种喷射注射系统注射胰岛素后,定期观测其血糖;从血糖下降指标看,两种喷射注射系统的效果接近。Liquid needle-free injectors employ high-velocity liquid jets to deliver drugs for human.A physical model was presented to calculate the stagnation pressure of the spring-powered injection jet,and a physical model of the jet penetrating into soft material was also presented.The calculation of the stagnation pressure with time matched the experimental measurement under the same system conditions.A self-made jet injector was introduced and its system parameters were determined according to the stagnation pressure model,as well as experimental measurements of an imported jet injector.Biological testing was performed for the two jet injection systems.A skin-like gel was prepared as target material for jet injection by both self-made and the imported system.The results showed similar dispersion effects.Finally,an in vivo test was performed using rabbits and insulin.The results showed that reduced blood glucose levels had the same trend after administrating the insulin by two jet injection systems.
