摘　　要：高血压是肾移植术后常见的并发症之一，发生率约为２５％～３０％。术后高血压不仅影响受者生活质量，而且也影响着移植物的长期存活。因此，提高对该并发症的认识，加强对它的防治，对提高人、肾存活率有着极其重要意义。作者阐述了经皮腔内血管成形术的术前准备。Hypentension is one of common complication after kidney transplantation,incidence about 25%～30% Postoperative hypertension not only influent life quality of receptor,but also influent long-term survive of transplant.So it is important of improving recognition and prevention of the complication to improve survival rate of patient and kidney.The article exp preoperative preparation of percutaneous intracavity angioplasty,observing complication postoperation,and nursing principle.
