小儿重症手足口病胸部X线分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨小儿重症手足口病(HFMD)的胸部X线表现。方法:搜集经临床确诊为重症HFMD的18例患儿的病例资料,对其X线资料进行回顾性分析。结果:重症HFMD的胸部X线主要表现为大小不一的斑片状阴影及肺间质浸润改变为主的网格状、条索状影。结论:重症HFMD的胸部X线可反映其病情变化,对了解病情、指导治疗和预后判断具有重要意义。Objective：To investigate the chest radiographic manifestations of severe hand-foot-mouth disease（HFMD） in children.Methods：The chest radiographic findings of 18 pediatric patients with severe HFMD were retrospectively analyzed.Results：The X-ray findings of HFMD showed the various patchy shadows,and pulmonary interstitial infiltration with abnormal lung markings,stripe,reticular,nodular shadows.Conclusion：The chest X-ray manifestations of HFMD not only could be used to reveal the dynamic changes but were also helpful in the understanding of the course guiding treatment as well as predicting the prognosis of the disease.
