初诊2型糖尿病患者血清PANDER水平及其与胰岛β细胞功能的相关性

摘　　要：目的检测初诊2型糖尿病患者血清胰腺衍生因子(PANDER)水平,分析与胰岛β细胞功能和胰岛素抵抗的相关性,探讨PANDER在2型糖尿病发生发展中的作用。方法 36例初诊2型糖尿病患者(T2DM组)和23例健康体检者(NC组)行口服葡萄糖-胰岛素释放试验(OGIRT)。比较两组血糖、胰岛素、胰岛β细胞功能及胰岛素抵抗相关指标的差异,并对T2DM组PANDER与胰岛β细胞功能及胰岛素抵抗相关指标进行相关性分析。结果 T2DM组空腹血清PANDER水平高于NC组(P<0.01);T2DM组血清PANDER与胰岛β细胞功能呈正相关(P<0.05),与胰岛素抵抗无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 PANDER可能是一个新的血清炎症标志物,参与了2型糖尿病的发生发展。Objective To determinate the levels of serum pancreatic derived factor（PANDER）in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients and to investigate the relationship between islet β cell function,insulin resistance and serum PANDER.Methods An oral glucose tolerance and insulin releasing test was performed in 36 newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients（T2DM group）and 23 healthy people（NC group）.Differences of parameter for blood glucose,insulin,islet β cell function and insulin resistance were compared between the two groups,and the correlation between islet β cell function,insulin resistance and PANDER was analyzed.Results Serum PANDER levels in the T2DM group were higher than those in the NC group（P0.01）,serum PANDER was independently positively correlated with islet β cell function（P0.05）,but was not correlated with insulin resistance（P0.05）.Conclusion PANDER may be a novel serum inflammation marker,and take part in the pathogenesis of T2DM.
