摘　　要：随着我国信息化建设在各行各业中不断的深入和发展，应用管理系统的性能在企业信息化中越来越被人所关注，尤其对于一些存在海量数据处理和快速响应需求的企业显得尤为重要。本文阐述了基于ORACLE数据库系统的数据库性能优化和调整的原理和相关技术。从而验证了这些优化技术在数据库性能调整和优化中所起的重要作用。通过对数据库系统的性能进行调整和优化，大大提升了对资源的使用效率，进而加快了应用系统的运行速度，对于现有系统正常有效的运行有着较高的实用价值。With the information construction developing deeply into every walk of life in our country,the enterprise pays more attention to the performance of application,especially those corporations that have demands of large data volume transaction and fast response time.This article introduces the concept of oracle database system;expound the theory about tuning and optimization performance of database.This article analyzes the tuning and optimization performance of database in SQL statement tuning,oracle memory tuning and configuration on ORACLE database.By tuning the database performance, it promoted the efficiency in using resource,speeded the application system,and increased the volume of transaction and guaranteed the running of application,so it is valuable to the efficient running of applications.
