摘　　要：目的：观察银杏达莫和碳酸氢钠注射液联合治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的疗效。方法：对照组114例给予川芎嗪联合碳酸氢钠，治疗组120例给予银杏达莫联合碳酸氢钠，治疗疗程14d，并用经颅多普乐（TCD）观察椎基底动脉血流情况。结果：治疗组3—5d和14d总有效率分别为90．83％和99．17％，优于对照组83．33％和92．11％（P〈0．05），椎基底动脉血流速度改善明显（P〈0．05）。结论：银杏迭莫联合碳酸氢钠注射液组治疗效果明显优于对照组。Objective：Observes the gingko to reach not with the sodium bicarbonate inoculation fluid union treatment zhui teria basilaris blood supply insufficient dizziness＇s curative effect. Methods： The control group 114 examples give the rhizome of Ligustic- um wallichii qin union sodium bicarbonate, the treatment group 120 examples give the gingko to reach not unite the sodium bicarbonate, treatment treatment course 14d, and with happy （TCD） observes zhui the teria basilaris blood stream situation after skull multi--Pu. Result： treats group 3--5d and the 14d total effectiveness respectively is 90.83 % and 99.17%, surpasses control group 83.33% and 92.11% （P〈0. 05） ,zhui teria basilaris blood stream speed improvement obvious （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The gingko reaches not unites the sodium bicarbonate inoculation fluid group treatment result to surpass the control group obviously.
