摘　　要：目的：使腰痛剧烈的急性腰椎小关节综合征在门诊迅速治愈，治疗时间少，花费少。方法：医者用拇指按压曲池和手三里联线的中点向外旁开一寸，让患者做腰部特殊的动作。结果：以症状体征消失，恢复劳动工作和日常生活为痊愈。本组56例，一次治疗痊愈52例，二次治疗痊愈3例，三次治疗痊愈l例。结论：使被嵌顿在腰椎小关节内的滑膜解脱出来，解除神经小枝的嵌夹和半脱位的关节突得以复位，恢复韧带、肌肉、小关节的内外平衡，疼痛即刻缓解。Objective：Causes the lumbago fierce acute lumbar vertebra small joint syndrome to cure rapidly at the outpatient serv- ice, the treatment time are few, spends few. Methods：The medicine holds back the paralysis of upper extremities and the hand three mile on--line center point with the thumb side opens one inch outward, lets the patient make the waist special movement. Results： Take symptom symptom vanishing, resumes the work and the daily life as the healing. This group of 56 examples, a treatment con- valesces 52 examples, two treatments convalesce 3 examples, three treatments convalesce 1 example. Conclusion：Causes to inlay ex- tricates in the lumbar vertebra small joint＇s synovial membrane, relieves the nerve small branch to inlay clamps can reposition with half dislocation articular process, restores the ligament, the muscle, small joint＇s inside and outside to be balanced, the ache in- stantly alleviates.
