摘　　要：先天性脊柱侧凸是由异常锥体形成，椎体缺失，半椎体或者椎体间联合可以引起不对称生长。从而引起继发性畸形。该畸形包括楔形椎体、半椎体椎体融合和椎体缺失以及肋骨融合。侧凸的出现在脊柱一侧呈“c”型或在双侧呈“s”型。通常冠状面上cobb≥40°需要手术治疗。我科近期收治1例先天性脊柱侧凸的惠儿，现将护理体会总结如下。The congenital spinal column side raised is by the unusual cone formation, the centrum flaw, half centrum or the centrum may cause jointly is asymmetrical grows. Thus causes the secondary to be abnormal. This abnormally including wedge- shaped centrum, half centrum centrum fusion and centrum flaw as well as rib fusion. The side raised appearance assumes ＂C＂ in spinal column one side or in two--sided assumes ＂S＂. Usually on the coronal plane cobh≥40° needs the surgery to treat . My branch will admit 1 example congenital spinal column side raised baby in the near future, presently nurses the experience summary to be as follows.
