中西医结合治疗糖尿病足的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨中西医结合治疗糖尿病足的有效方法。方法：将68例糖尿病足患者随机分为治疗组34例和对照组34倒，两组均予以常规综合治疗。治疗组除以上治疗外加用中药洗足，比较两组疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率97．06％；对照组总有效率94．12％。但就治愈率来讲，治疗组明显优于对照组，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：中西医结合综合治疗糖尿病足可产生互补协同作用，可缩短病程，提高治愈率，降低致残率，且方法较为简便，值得在临床进一步推广与研究。Objective：Discusses the cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine to treat the diabetes full efficacious device. Methods：Divides into stochastically 68 example diabetes full patient the treatment group 34 examples and the control group 34 exam- pies, two groups give the conventional complex therapy. The treatment group treats except above uses the traditional Chinese medicine to wash the foot in addition, compared with two groups of curative effects. Results： Treats the group total effectiveness 97. 06%; Control group total effectiveness 94.12%. But says on the cure rate, the treatment group surpasses the control group obviously, the treatment group curative effect surpasses the control group obviously （P（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The cooperation of Chinese and Western medicine complex therapy diabetes to be possible to have the supplementary synergism fully, may reduce the course, raises the cure rate, reduces crippling rate, and the method is simpler, is worth in clinical further promoting and studying.
