护士心理因素对静脉穿刺的影响

摘　　要：静脉穿刺技术是护士最基本操作技术之一，在临床护理工作中占有非常重要的位置。过去人们认为这是手法、技巧和熟练程度的问题，而忽视了操作过程中护士的心理因素。而影响护士静脉穿刺的有内部、外界的因素。外界因素有环境因素、患者因素、物品因素等。内部因素主要有个性特征、心理素质、身体素质及职业素质等。笔者认为减少或避免静脉穿刺失败的关键在于提高护士自身的心理素质，只有护士具备了很好的心理素质，才能提高静脉穿刺的成功率。The venipuncture technology is one of nurse most elementary operation eo technologies,holds the extremely important position in the clinical nursing work. In the past the people thought this is the technique,the skill and the level of expertise question, but has neglected in the operating process nurse＇s psychological factor. But affects the nurse venipuncture to have the internal, the outside factor. The outside factor has the environmental factor, the patient factor, the goods factor and so on. Internal factor mainly has the individuality characteristic, the psychological quality, the physical quality and the professional quality and so on. The author thought the reduction or avoids the venipuncture defeat the key lying in improves the nurse own psychological quality,only then the nurse has had the very good psychological quality,can enhance the venipuncture the success ratio.
