摘　　要：目的：探讨鼻咽癌放射治疗口腔的最佳护理方法。方法：将我科2008年6月-2010年5月120例患者随机分为对照组与观察组各60例。其中对照组实施常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上加强健康教育。结果：观察组口腔黏膜反应多为Ⅰ级，无、Ⅲ级；对照组口腔黏膜反应多为Ⅱ级，两组口腔黏膜反应发生率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：对鼻咽癌放射治疗患者的口腔在常规护理基础上加强健康教育和心理护理，能取得良好效果。Objective：Discussion pharyngeal cancer radiotherapy oral cavity best nursing method. Methods： In June, 2008 - 2010 year in May 120 example patients stochastically divide into the control group and observation group each 60 examples my branch. Control group implements conventional nursing,the observation group strengthens the health education in the conventional nursing foundation. Results：The observation group oral cavity mucous membrane responded many is I level,does not havelⅢ Level; The control group oral cavity mucous membrane responded many isⅡ The level, two group of oral cavity mucous membranes responded the formation rate comparison difference has statistics significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Strengthens the health education and psychological nursing to pharyngeal cancer radiotherapy patient＇s oral cavity in the conventional nursing foundation, can obtain the good effect.
