变应性鼻炎患者皮下特异免疫治疗疗效观察及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的探讨应用皮下特异免疫方法治疗变应性鼻炎患者的疗效及安全性。方法选取变应性鼻炎患者93例,愿接受免疫疗法的62例为实验组,其余为对照组(采用对症治疗),两组患者一般状况具有可比性。所有患者治疗2～3年。治疗组患者经变应原皮试阳性及血清特异性IgE检测后,采用皮下特异性免疫治疗。观察比较两组疗效并检测治疗前后细胞因子的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为77.4%,对照组为58.1%,治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组;治疗组血清细胞因子的改善情况明显优于对照组。结论应用皮下特异性免疫治疗的方法治疗变应性鼻炎安全有效。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of subcutaneous specific immunoassay treated allergic rbinitis. Methods Selected 93 patients with allergic rhinitis, willing to accept the immunotherapy in 62 cases the experimental group, the remaining in the control group, the general situation of the two groups were comparable. All patients were treated 2 to 3 years. After Skin test, the experimental group treated with specific immunotherapy. Effect, the incidence of adverse reactions, and testing the two groups＇ cytokines before and after treatment. Results The treatment group total effective rate was 77.4%, control group 58. 1%, the difference was statistically significant, the treatment group were significantly better than the control group; treatment group improvement in serum cytokines than the control group, and adverse events less than control group. Conclusion It is effective and safe way to treated allergic rhinitis by the method of subcutaneous specific immunotherapy.
