摘 要:目的观察丹参对四氧嘧啶(ALX)致糖尿病(DM)模型小鼠的防治作用。方法用200 mg/kg ALX一次性腹腔注射制作DM小鼠模型并用丹参治疗,4周后取血测定小鼠的血糖、血脂、糖化血清蛋白,并取胰腺做病理切片,观察胰腺组织的病理变化。结果丹参组的成模率为20.7%,模型组为44.8%,说明丹参可显著降低DM小鼠的成模率。Objective To investigate the prevention and treatment effects of Radix Salviae Miltior-rhizae on diabetic mice induced by alloxan(ALX).Methods The mouse models of diabetes mellitus were established with intraperitoneal injection of ALX at 200 mg / kg,and treated with Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae.The levels of fasting blood glucose,triglyceride,glycosylated serum protein and total cholesterol of mice were detected,meanwhile the pancreatic tissues were also made into pathological section for analysis after 4 weeks.Results The levels of blood sugar,triglyceride and glycosylated serum protein were decreased significantly.The model forming rate of treatment group and model group was 20.69%,44.83% respectively,and there was significant difference between them.The quantity and area of islet cells were improved in the treatment group.Conclusion Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae can decrease significantly the model forming rate of mice,improve the morphology and structure of islet cells,and has the prevention and treatment effects on alloxan-induced diabetic mice.
