稀土对钢轨钢相关性能的影响研究

摘　　要：通过实验研究、金相观察和工业试验分析,研究了稀土对钢轨微观组织和性能的影响。研究发现,稀土处理对高碳钢中硫化物夹杂物形态有较好的变性功能,少量的固溶稀土可以细化钢轨钢的珠光体片层结构,从而改善钢轨的性能。Effect of rare earth on microstructure and mechanical properties of rail steel was studied by testing in laboratory,metallographic observation and analyzing on industrial test.And result shows that inclusion shape like sulphuret in high carbon steel is changed well by adding rare earth,and that property of rail steel is improved by refining pearlite lamina while a little rare earth soluting in steel solidified.
