摘  要:以SbCl3为原料经醇化水解制Sb2O3前体氧化物,通过浸渍一定量的(NH4)2SO4和掺杂Ce4+制备了一种新型催化剂SO42-/Sb2O3/Ce4+。以催化合成乙酸苄酯为探针反应,考察了(NH4)2SO4的浓度、Ce(NO3)4的浓度、焙烧温度等因素对其催化性能的影响,并采用IR、TG/DTA、Hammett法等对其进行表征。结果表明,1.5 mol.L-1的(NH4)2SO4和含Ce(NO3)42.8%的混合液浸渍锑前体氧化物,经110℃烘干后,于350℃焙烧2 h所得的催化剂活性最好,其酯化率达到97%。。A novel solid super acid SO2-4/ Sb2O3/Ce^4+ was prepared by using antimony oxide as precursor,which were made from SbCl3(chlorine antimony) by method of alcoxides hydrolysis,and immersing in the solution of(NH4)2SO4,adding Ce^4+ as assistant.The catalytic performance for the synthesis of benzyl acetate from acetic acid and benzyl alcohol was investigated and the influence of preparation conditions on its catalytic properties was studied.The highest yield was obtained by the catalyst SO42^-/ Sb2O3/Ce^4+(SSL2.8-2-350),which was prepared under the conditions of impregnation in the mixed solution of 1.5mol/L(NH4)2SO4 with 2.8% Ce(NO3)3 and then dried at 110℃,followed by calcinations at 350℃ for 2 hours.The yield was 96.9% under the reaction conditions of n(C6H5CH2OH)∶n(CH3COOH)=2∶1,the catalyst amount:3.73%(over the total mass of the reaction solution).The reusability of the catalyst used in synthesis of benzyl acetate and the catalytic activity for different esters were also investigated here.The serial of catalysts were characterized by IR,TG /DTA and Hammett indicator.
