摘　　要：介绍梁苹茂教授治疗2型糖尿病并发胃肠植物神经功能紊乱、下肢动脉硬化闭塞症、周围神经病变、合并精神障碍4则医案,并分析其辨治特色。This article presents four medical records treated by Professor Liang Pingmao,including type 2 diabetic gastrointestinal autonomic nerve dysfunction, arteriosclerosis obliterans, peripheral neumpathy and combined mental disorders, and analyzes the characteristics of syndrome differentiation and treatment in these cases.
