改良切剥术结合中药外敷治疗血栓性外痔300例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察改良切剥术结合中药外敷治疗血栓性外痔的临床疗效。方法采用改良后的切剥术,结合中药外敷治疗血栓性外痔300例(治疗组),并与原采用传统的血栓剥离术的30例(历史对照组)比较。结果两组病例全部治愈,治愈率及手术创口愈合时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但是治疗组术后创口处出现水肿、疼痛症状及再次血栓形成的发生率明显低于历史对照组(P<0.01)。结论改良切剥术结合中药外敷是治疗血栓性外痔更理想的方法 。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified resection-desection plus herbal application in the treatment of thrombotic external hemorrhoids.Methods Three hundred cases of thrombotic external hemorrhoids were treated by modified resection-desection plus herbal application（observation group） and another 30 cases were previously treated by conventional vascular desection（control group）.Results All cases in the two groups were cured,but the incidence of edema,pain and thrombosis was lower in the observation group than in the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion Modified resection-desection plus herbal application is quite effective for thrombotic external hemorrhoids.
