摘 要:介绍了采用混杂纤维增强复合材料来替代架空导线传统增强材料——钢芯,以提高导线的载流量、力学性能及安全系数。简述了玄武岩纤维、碳纤维等混杂纤维增强复合材料加强芯的制备过程,并研究了复合芯制备工艺条件对芯棒的力学、热老化和热膨胀性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着复合加强芯(简称复合芯)中纤维含量的增加或拉挤速度的降低,复合芯弯曲强度和弯曲模量随之增加;短期热老化不会使复合芯的力学性能发生明显下降,而且能够进一步提高复合芯的固化程度;复合芯的热膨胀系数很小,仅为钢的1/4,能大大减少架空导线的高温弧垂现象。In this paper, the substitution of the traditional strength member in overhead conductors-steel wire core by the mixed fiber reinforced composite material in order to improve the ampacity, mechanical property and safety factor of the conductor is presented. The preparation of the mixed fiber strength member consisting of basalt fiber, carbon fiber etc is briefly introduced. The influence of the processing conditions on the mechanical, thermal ageing and heat expansion performance of the mixed fiber strength member was investigated. The result showed that with the fiber content in the mixed fiber strength member ( short as mixed member) increased or the pultrusion speed decreased the bending strength and modulus of the mixed member is increased; that a short time thermal ageing will not lower the mechanical property of the mixed member dramatically while further raising the cure degree of the mixed member. The mixed member has a small thermal expansion coefficient, only 1/4 of that of the steel core, resulting in great reduction in occurrences of heat sag in overhead conductors.
