多层螺旋CT后处理技术在颌骨囊肿术前检查中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨多层螺旋CT多平面重组、曲面重组及容积再现技术对颌骨囊肿的术前应用价值。方法对23例颌骨囊肿患者进行16层螺旋CT常规检查,在三维后处理工作站利用MPR、CPR和VR技术显示病变,评价其在显示病灶细节及三维结构的特点。并在MPR、CPR图像上测量病变径线,通过与术中测量值对比评价其准确性。结果上颌骨囊肿16例,下颌骨囊肿7例。根尖囊肿16例,牙旁囊肿5例,角化囊肿2例,CT表现各异。颌骨囊肿的MPR及CPR测量值与术中测量值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论各类颌骨囊肿有不同的影像学特点,多层螺旋CT后处理技术对颌骨囊肿的定性诊断及侵犯范围的准确评估有重要意义,对手术方式的选择具有重要的指导作用。Objective To evaluate the application value of MPR, CPR and VRT with MSCT in the diagnosis of cyst in jaw as a preoperative imaging examination.Methods 23 cases with cyst in jaw were examined and evaluated with 16 slices CT, also with MPR, CPR and VR. Compared the measurements about lesion of jaw in MPR/CPR with those in operation.Results The cases of maxillae and mandible were 16 and 7. 16 cases were RC, 5 cases were PC and 2 cases were OKC. The measurements by MPR/CPR can reflect the true lesions （P0.05）.Conclusion Various cyst in jaw demonstrated different CT features. MSCT post-processing techniques are important examination method for the diagnosis and extent evaluation, and are valuable to choose reasonable preoperative plan.
