孵化器内中小科技企业的经营绩效研究

摘　　要：本文从新创企业绩效决定模型出发,根据浙江省四家孵化器内74个企业的问卷调查数据,采用最优尺度回归法,研究中小科技企业经营绩效的影响因素。结果表明:成立年限、净资产规模变动对绩效有正向影响;行业因素不能明显影响企业绩效;期初注册资本对绩效产生负影响;对不同融资方式的依赖程度显著地影响了绩效。Using the decisive model of new venture performance and applying the method of optimal scaling, the paper researches into the influential factors affecting operating performance of small and medium-sized ST enterprises based on a survey about 74 enterprises in 4 high-tech business incubators in Zhejiang Province. It is found out that the years of operating and the scale of net assets both have a positive effect on the performance, while registered capital has a negative effect. Though the category of industry doesn＇t exhibit a clear influence on the performance, different ways of financing do affect the performance considerably.
