摘 要:通过两个粘钢试件试验,研究采用红外热成像法对粘钢加固工程粘贴质量进行检测的技术,试验结果表明,红外热成像法能直观检测出钢板粘贴缺陷的位置、形状和大小,且结果可靠;与目前较为常用的敲击法相比,红外热成像法具有较高的精度,不需接触检测物。对位置高、距离远的钢板粘贴质量的检测更方便、有效。此外,本文还对红外检测技术的主要影响因素进行了对比试验研究。Through experiment on two strengthened structure of bonded steel plates,the applying of infrared thermography to test the bonded quality of strengthened structure with externally bonded steel plates was researched.The result show that infrared thermography can directly examine the defects in bonded steel plates reliably,and the positions,figures and sizes of the defects in bonding interface can be exactly measured.In contrast to 'tap' test,infrared thermography testing method have High precision,and don't need to contact the object which is to be tested.These is more convenient effective for testing the bonding quality of steel plates at high and far locations.Besides,The main affecting factors of this methods was also analyzed by contrast experimental study.
