摘　　要：大宗货物运输是铁路运输的主要内容之一。本文探讨单一品类大宗货物铁路局部运输网络的风险评价。以铁路局部煤炭运输网络为例构建一组反映其风险水平的评价指标体系,并基于多判据决策模型,采用组合风险评价方法对其进行初步的风险评价分析。通过算例,说明该方法的可操作性。Mass freight transportation is one of the main tasks of railways.This paper investigates risk evaluation of single-category mass freight transportation in local railway networks.Taking the local coal transportation network as an example,a system consisting of a set of risk evaluating indices is constructed and initial risk evaluation is made by means of combination risk evaluation on the basis of the multiple-criteria decision-making model.The numerical example demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method of evaluation.
