摘  要:超滤处理后的青霉素发酵滤液,经提炼萃取和活性炭脱色处理,用碳酸钠反萃后采用减压共沸结晶可直接制得青霉素钠盐,改变了由钾盐转钠盐的间接法的传统工艺,并对不同直接结晶法工艺进行研究和优化。最佳工艺可使钠盐收率比原间接法工艺提高4.01%,其280nm吸光值<0.05,符合<0.10的药典要求。The penicillin sodium was directly preparated by penicillin fermentation filtrate through process steps.The process was successively as follows:ultrafiltration,refined extraction and decolor with active carbon,RP-extraction with sodium carbonate,azeotropic decompression crystallization.The process refered above changed the traditional crafts of potassium salt into sodium salt,and various direct crystallization process were studied and optimized.The results indicated the yield of sodium salt was advanced 4.01% under the conditions of the optimum process than the original process,and the absorbance under 280 nm was less than 0.05,consisting with the regulation in the pharmacopoeia where the absorbance of penicillin sodium is less than 0.10 under 280 nm.
