摘 要:采用A/O除磷系统处理人工模拟污水,保持进水COD浓度为400 mg/L,研究不同NH4+-N浓度下系统污泥形态的变化、沉降性能和胞外聚合物(EPS)的变化以及对COD和P的去除率的影响。结果表明,C/N依次变为100/1.25,100/3,100/5时,系统污泥分别发生了非丝状菌膨胀(黏性膨胀)、丝状膨胀、恢复正常等3个过程,其中恢复正常时污泥的形态最为密实,除磷率也相对较高,而EPS和蛋白质含量最低。The morphological changes cellular polymeric substances (EPS) ammonia nitrogen in A/O phosphorus of the sludge, variations of sedimentation properties and extrawere studied in some experiments at different concentrations of removal system fed with artificial wastewater. The changes of the removal rate of COD and P were also discussed. The results showed that when the value of C/N became 100/1. 25, 100/3, 100/5, the sludge has experienced three phases, including non- filamentous bulking (viscous sludge bulking), filamentous bulking and recovery to normal , respectively. At the recovery to normal phase, the form of sludge was densest, and the phosphorus removal rate was relatively high, while the EPS and the protein content were the lowest.
