摘　　要：文章介绍了北京化工大学实施＂质量工程＂的探索、实践及逐步完善的高质量创新人才培养体系,在教学改革、课程建设、实践教学、教学队伍、基地建设等＂质量工程＂建设方面科学规划、措施得力,分期分批逐步实施,取得了显著成绩。在提高本科教学质量的发展过程中具有普遍性,发挥了重要的示范和辐射作用,为同类院校提供了参考和借鉴。The essay introduces the exploration and implementation of ＂Quality Project＂ by Beijing University of Chemical Technology and the high-quality innovative talent training system which is being gradually improved,and elaborates the remarkable results achieved,owing to scientific planning,effective measures,and gradual implementation,in the construction of ＂Quality Project＂ from the aspects of teaching reform,curriculum design,practice teaching,teaching staff and base construction.With its universality in improving undergraduate education quality,the experience is of important demonstrative function and radiation effects,and sheds light on other universities＇ development in this aspect.
